Weekly Battle Practice
Where: Lakewood Park
When: 5:30pm - Dark
At practice we work on fighting technique and small battle scenarios. This is the time to learn and train, so ask questions to the more experienced fighters. If this is your first practice you will need to fill out a waiver. If you are under 18 the waiver needs to be signed and notarized by your parents, we also prefer that you bring your parents to your first couple practices.
Suggested equipment: Passing weapons, water, basic garb. If it is your first time someone will loan you a sword for the day and explain the rules.
Artisan Practice
Where: TBA
When: TBA
This is a non-fighting practice, instead we build new weapons, sew garb, and work on crafts. This gives us something to do in the winter with the added bonus is being prepared for events in the spring.
Suggested equipment: Any projects you are working on or an interest in learning something new. Weapon building supplies include foam, tape, glue, and cores. Pentwyvern has its own supply of fabric and patterns for members to use when sewing.
Battles
Where: TBA
When: TBA
Battles are usually larger than a practice since other groups in the area also come out to fight. There are various scenarios and games planned for the day. You must have a waiver on file to fight, and if you are under 18 it needs to be notarized by your parents. Garb is required and weapons will be checked for safety.
Suggested equipment: Passing weapons, water, garb, money to pay the battle fee.
Harvest Feast
Where: Brooklyn Exchange Cabin - 2400 State Rd Hinckley, OH 44233

For more information and to pre-reg see the official Harvest Feast webpage, it will be updated as new information comes in. One important difference from previous years is that you must pre-register for feast, there will be no on-site sign in for feast.
Suggested equipment: Passing weapons, warm clothes, a tent (there are limited sleeping spots in the cabin), a sleeping bag, meals for everything but Saturday night (or for every meal if you choose not to buy feast), garb, fancy garb, table deocrations, money to pay the event fee.
